In 2001, the Presidential Envoys, organized in the summer of 1985, and the SAA, founded in 1998, were merged to create student awareness of the University of North Florida Alumni Association. Through various student-alumni activities and programs, the PESAA encourages students to become involved with UNF and to stay involved after graduating. The Presidential Envoys Student Alumni Association is about building traditions, creating memories, and establishing relationships to last a lifetime.

Congratulations to Kat Clark the 2006-2007 Envoy of the Year!

Who can join the PESAA?

If you are a UNF student in good academic standing, you are eligible to apply for membership. Applications are invited from the student body at-large and require an explanation of the applicant's desire to serve the university. Members are selected through a written application and interview process with the advisor and a committee of members. Personality, participation in campus activities, dependability, and ability to represent the University and its President in a positive manner are also considered. Recruitment for member positions, which are not salaried, is conducted at the start of the fall and spring semester. Application deadline for fall 2008 is Wednesday, September 17, 2008.
